Anyone who willingly shops at luxury places like this deserves to be scammed out of their money.

Thirst trapping chicken nuggets for a gentrified corner store is not something I had on my out of touch influencer shenanigans bingo card.

People used to wait in line for the lastest gaming consoles now mfs are waiting in line for overpriced salmonella

Calling that a grocery store is like spraying olive oil and tomato sauce in the air and calling the mist a pizza

Middle schoolers calling your vegetable “unsophisticated”might be the worst thing anyone could say about your business

The people who own these kind of stores, are the same scammers in the wedding industry who charge you $10K+ for a service worth $500.

Eating chicken nuggets in the bathroom and recording it is crazy work.

An average Tokyo konbini absolutely destroys meadow lane with vibes, affordability, and food quality alone

That wasn't a rat, it was a future chicken nugget

I'm still baffled that 'disingenuous advertisements by high school mean girls' is a type of job that exists

16:00 “i’m a meatball enthusiast, and that looks disgusting” no i trust this good diva

Is like the experiment a guy did, labelling tap water “Acqua di rubbineto”(tap water in italian) in glass bottles and people thought it was some fancy expensive mountain glacier bullshit water

"Working with a food allergy specialist" to correctly label your items is beyond stupid

I guess since food is getting expensive, people are trying to mark it as a luxury thing soon. It's giving very black mirror vibes

The biggest joke is that Meadow Lane is a 10-minute walk from Gourmet Garage, a legit grocery store/grab-and-go in Tribeca. The soups/sushi/hot bar is reasonably priced (for the area), tasty, and doesn't make you sick. They also have a bunch of "fancy" food items there if you want to go in that direction, and they've been holding it down for 10 years.

an irish person defending the upper class lording above them, never thought id see the day

"gourmet" and "grocery store" should NOT be in the same sentence 😭

"gourmet chicken nuggets" is such a depressing concept. It's just an overpriced ball of chicken covered in plain breading. Real gourmet food should be interesting and flavourful.

If only those vocals could actually fry

"like um omg does this look raw or like um is it just me like um idk um" HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SURVIVE
