Thank you for the overview - we can come back and revisit this layout anytime we want. You stressed an issue that many of us have learned the hard way, access to all areas of the layout without having to get up on the table. It will be interesting to see how you deal with this in the new layout. Looking forward to watching you design and built the new one.

Hi Chris, I am impressed you stayed fit and trim to still be able to get onto your layout over the nine years! Needing to get onto the layout to rerail equipment is a great reason to start over. Providing videos to document the journey will be helpful to a lot of us that are considering a do over on our layouts. Best, Dave
