The Bison's irl price tag deals more damage than the in-game Bison's laser

Fun fact: Tomska (the guy behind asdfmovie) owns a real life prop of the righteous bison because a fan who met him at a convention and gave him the prop by lying to him saying it wasn’t from TF2 or any other piece of media.

i've always disliked when people say that the Grordbort weapons clash with the tf2 art style. i think they all look really cool! they work really well within the world as futuristic alien weapons that simultaneously stand out and fit in.

I visited Weta in NZ a few years ago and was so confused why they had TF2 weapons hanging on the wall lol. They still had a few of the man melters and pompsons up for sale. Next time I go I might have to bite the bullet and get one

The retro-futuristic look of the Weta wepons kind of fit with the setting. Things like cloak, teleporters, the medigun etc. were sci-fi to begin with. The only sci-fi weapons in the game that really look out of place are the very cyberpunk Deus Ex weapons (Diamondback, Machina etc.), since cyberpunk owes more to the imagination of the 80s and 90s than the 50s and 60s (just contrast the Machina with the Shooting Star).

The Scout's "Rocket Boy" loadout is a homage to the Retro-Scifi movie "The Rocketeer" (1991), based on a graphic novel, about a young aircraft pilot in the 1930s who stumbles onto a secret government project's prototype jetpack that allows him to become a high-flying masked hero. Check out the movie poster for the movie... the helmet the protagonist wears is very distinctive and the Scout's helmet has the same design (minus its face shield).

War Thunder segment ends at 5:30. You’re welcome :3

3:51 FOR THE EMPEROR

0:15 This is Jonathan Ferguson, keeper of firearms and artillery at the Royal Armouries™ Museum in the UK, which houses some of the most iconic weapons throughout history.

9:10 THAT'S ME BABY WOOOOO 🗣🔥🔥🎉🎉🎉 (Thanks for putting me in the video bro)

imagine the game we could have if valve was invested in it

36:59  that really hit hard right there.

it's been ten years since kitty0706 passed, but knowing his legacy lives on through everyone he's impacted, going as far as to be the final lesson on a Shork video about TF2's history, that shit hits. he is forever missed

37:00 i feel like that gun is a perfect fit for demoman

NEW ZEALAND MENTIONED RAAAAAAAAHHH🥝🥝🥝⛰⛰⛰🗣🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥

The 5 items do fit in retro futurism google it it's what people of the time of tf2 thought the future to look like but since the tf2 universe is more advanced than our world they actually made the stuff we dreamed of. I know it was a brand deal but they still fit gosh darn it

5:37 The C is silent is "Oscillator"

Honestly the sentry gun is my favorite. Wish it could've been used

Side note at 20:57 about the Pomson replica.
After more digging on the archives of Weta Workshop's shop page of the Pomson, there were several waves of production. I can't tell how many exactly exist but I assume there should be between 50-200 existing replicas of the Pomson and not 30.

Besides that, thanks a lot Shork for bringing light to Dr.Grordbort's universe and it's creator with this video. Enjoy the Righteous Bison, it deserve a better place in a TF2 merch collector's hands 😎
