the problem I've noticed with these types of sim games is that quiet a lot of the "realistic" esc ones try to act like they are the same as Power wash Simulator or house Flipper, but quite a few of them end up falling short or just feel like a lifeless copy/bootleg version of the game they are inspired and or trying to be like in the end, it's a little bit sad considering that these games do sound fun at first but the ones that try to hard to be like the game they are inspired by end up playing out as a slog instead of a fun/casual experience like the games they want to be like.

With the separate kitchen, that's quite common in the UK. The reason the nice room with the window and washing machine isn't the kitchen is cause normally the 'laundry room' would be an extension built onto the house at some point in the future
