If South Korea ever does a remake of American Psycho I nominate Gong Yoo as Patrick Bateman.

The fact that the recruiter went all the way is actually respectable

What most of these reactors don’t understand is the recruiter isn’t worried about dying as much as proving a point. It’s kind of like Joker from The Dark Knight. His goal is to prove everyone is corrupt just like him and will break their own rules and principles when the chips are down.

Look at Gong Yu’s face right before the last shot. He is acting with 2 face literally with different eye and emotions on each side of his face. He is a fkin crazy good actor.

This scene was insane. Actor Gong Yoo I salute you 🫡

It's sad how these people don't understand the concept of honor and it's also brilliant writting how the recruiter is basically calling them out through the screen

Fun fact
Before he shoot himself in the head you can see he has 2 expression in the face the one from the left is confident and and the one from the right is scared

It's show how talented this actor really is

The amount of people who share the same brain and got point out by The Recruiter is insane

as the recruiter said, the main character could shoot 1-2 times, forget about the rules of the game and win the game, and all the people who react to this, immediately agree in advance and accept the words of the recruiter, but the reactors forget that they also fit the words about "that you are the same piece of shit as everyone else". And this means that people are basically the same, as player 001 aka Front Man wants to show us

Gong yoo just fully carried that first episode bro salute

The visuals shows the two sides of both characters. You noticed the pink shade on one side and the other is normal? Especially for the salesman. One side shows the psycho side and the calm side of him. But yes Gong Yoo really shined on this scene.

The fact he basically called every out is icing on the cake

Gong Yoo literally stole all of the scenes he was in. Magnificent acting portraying as the Recruiter. We all know Gi Hun is going to live but damn, that Russian Roulette scene was INTENSE!!

Recruiter would rather die than admit that Gi-Hun was right about him. Ego at it finest

The recruiter followed the rules because he knew he would be killed by his masters for breaking them. So he went out a G in the end. And the actor who played him did a great job with the amount of screen time he got.

"Rules, without them we'd live with the animals"

What I liked about the scene is they LITERALLY CALLED ME OUT , a the exact point where there is 50-50 chance I thought fk it just go boom boom and over and in the next moment the recruiter said the same thing and I felt some kind of way like damn , the writers are good

Gong Yoo absolutely smashed the first episode of season 2, the most captivating performance of 2024, sure the bar wasn't high but dude made his performance stand so high above most others, it's basically on a new solar system

Its called russian roulette but never I seen or watch any russian movie who done this before . THIS IS THE BEST RUSSIAN ROULETTE MOVIE SCENE
