伝説の事故だと思い込んでたけど、まだ終わってなかったんだ…

「機首があまりにも上がりすぎているからセンサーの異常とみなして警報を止める」と考えたのはコンピューターではなくて、そのコンピューター（プログラム）を設計したエンジニア
機種があまりにも上がりすぎている、またはセンサーの異常という、どちらも重要な事態に対するプログラムの出力を「警報の停止」とするのはどう考えてもプログラムの仕様がおかしい
この仕様を決めたエンジニア、そしてそれを承認した責任者にも責任がある

動作しなかった場合の"減光義務違反"は誰が問われるのか？
またそれが起因して事故が起きた場合の責任の所在は
