Desertification mod creator here. Thanks for putting my mod in this video, even if it's just in the background (and congrats for the 100k subs !). I don't know if the desert can actually come all the way to the center since the single chunk loader travel in a straight line (unless it find a blocking biome) towards the nearest player. Also, Terrafirma 2 seems to export pretty interesting worlds (in a completely different fashion, there is also the Terrain Diffusion and Big Globe mods, haven't tested them tough). Maybe using the spreadplayers command in a few minutes loop can help load the chunks.

At this point you need a dedicated server and have some alt accounts to manage loading and timelapsing

at some point you should play with every single infection mod you've ever used (excluding the ones you reviewed once and never used again, like the necro plague thingy)

Karat Feng is a Milo Rossi fan confirmed.

At first when he showed the game I thought “oh cool I know this game, Milo Rossi showed this in his videos” then he said GoodyBunkers and I went even more crazy because he is also a Milo fan

CONGRATZ on 100K MY GOAT

#1 skulk hoard fan here, W video as always. Congrats on the 100k, thats a pretty big achievement! Idk how ling ive been watching, but i started with the 4 og infections (skulk, flesh, spore, and thing) and ive always loved your content. Keep doing what you do, its gery fun to watch.

This erosion game is VERY much in the same vein as the most enjoyable part of watching infection mods!  Hopefully we keep getting more. Thx

I think sculk's spread is being heavily impacted by the mob cap. As you know, Sculk horde spreads using an invisible infector entity. On its own, the horde has built-in performance features to limit mob spawns or even cull excess mobs if too many exist in the world. Sculk has likely slowed down at the end because all the mobs spawned by the other infections over such a wide area filled up the spawn cap. It physically can't spawn in any infectors, or else they quickly get culled after spawning in.

I remember I had a similar issue in a much earlier patch. The water content was new and VERY overzealous with its spawning. At one point, the purifiers just stopped working. After much debugging, I discovered the nearby ocean had hundreds of sculk mobs swimming about. The purifiers had broken because there was no room in the mob cap to spawn the actual purifier entities.

congratulation for the 100k 🎉

Anyone else ever think that spore in particular could afford to cut down the amount of visual clutter it has? I feel like it spawns far too many of its plants and it always just looks like a hot mess

Congrats on 100k well deserved

100K! Im so happy for you!

Congratulations on the 100k! =)
You deserve it all.

I'm hyped to watch this video.

Idea: make the inflection mods play Plague Inc on the Minecraft Earth map
