Its so easy to be a fan of the things Alex does because HE is such a fan of the things he does.

I saw myself briefly over the people being interviewed's shoulders, resting on the billboards because I was not very well. This is why the fandom is so key; my ticket was bought for me by an American fan and I had not long come out of intensive care where I was for a month after coming incredibly close to dying. This was the first time I'd gone out out since I left the hospital, and my friends, as well as the comedians, and especially Alex, made it so special for me that I am glad I put my big girl pants on and joined everyone for a fabulous day. I cannot recommend it highly enough although I don't recommend the near death-y part. I'm so looking forward to going this year as well, hopefully. I'll see you all there 💜

It really is embarassing that I've never been to Chesham United when I live so close to it. I will rectify that this year! All I have to do is hop on the bus for 10 minutes... then take the train to Mannheim, catch a TGV to Paris, Eurostar to London, hop on the Metropolitan line for an hour and hey presto... I really have no excuse! I'll be there!

I saw mark Watson on the train home after this

I've waited 10 months to find out who the traitors were! The part they didn't show was Maisie going absolutley tonto when David changed teams :D

I wonder if Maisie Adams know what Chesham's mascot looks like now? Up the Generals!!

This is what sport should be like

I was already enjoying John going old school and goalkeeping in a cap, but to see him go on and score from a goalmouth scramble, whilst holding said cap in his gloved hand, was a truly beautiful image. Proper football.
