The Epicenter is HANDS DOWN my favorite component in my system, I believe any car audio system can benefit from one. Audio Control has been leading the way since the 80's with signal processing. They make FANTASTIC gear

Keep in mind that you need to send this unit a full range signal for it to work as intended. Found that out after connecting my Epicenter 1200 after a dsp's low pass crossover.

is there a unit which can does the same and also tune down some song that over bass which has a knob which we can adjust up front

Nice video. I read where the Epicenter can make songs that have bass sound muddy or distorted even with the knob turned all the way down. Is this true? Anyway to get around this problem?

Creates low frequencies that were never present, by using higher frequencies in the music to create bass notes octaves lower. If you don't understand, find some music that never had anything but mid bass, the epicenter will create bass notes and make anything sound like a competition bass song, haha.

What function does the remote control, control? The weep, wide or the gain on the epicenter.?

Question: the epicenter uses pfm chips which are essentially subsonic filter chips. So does that mean i can set my mono amps ssf all the way to the left/lowest setting as the epicenter is already using a pfm/ssf chip
