This a very solid architectural design, environmental friendly, designed into the landscape .

@Vanessa You have no idea how you have completely changed my view about luxury when it comes to building in Ghana now. I never thought I would be so busy searching through your videos just to rewatch some wonderful homes you had shared in the past. You are true a blessing. You are the best in this thing you do and I love watching your videos. Thank you and your crew for all the efforts you put in your work to bring us the best quality always.

I love that it rain slightly almost every day in dry season. I had a choice when I bought these two plots. Of purchasing in east lagon hills back then for $28 k a plot but I chose here. The people are so friendly. I built my fence wall and plaster them first and I put up my electric fence and gates. And I’m slowly building my home myself. I love the Becon school and the German lady that has it. The area is just great.

I love living here in Peduase. I very rarely go to Accra I love the landscaping and the quality of the air I don’t drive much so I walk to most places

I love the place. I would only need a bathtub to make it complete.

I love to walk down the mountain on Saturday’s and walk back up I love how people exercise up here I love the health drinks on the roadside on Saturday’s and I know most of my neighbors for about one mile. The only thing I don’t like is my road is not paved yet. But it’s slowly going to be done

Very beautiful, but bamboo is extremely invasive. The roots will spread through an entire neighbourhood.let’s hope it is the clumping bamboo series, and not running bamboo.

It's a lovely home. I'm always surprised that most homes have built in helper space. I'm also confused by the fire extinguisher on the outside of the home.
