The representative speaking with you is not a Ghanaian and I love it, this is one Africa and we must be able to live and work around all over our continent freely as Africans !😊

The Kitchen in the 4-bedroom house is very basic for such a house. The kitchen is one of the most important spaces in a house; the environment can be improved in terms of the landscape or community layout. However, it is not bad in terms of tranquillity and peace.
Thanks for posting Veni.

Builders and property companies need to start realizing that buyers are no longer falling for these outrageous prices in Ghana so mediocre houses, so you'll find many of them standing empty. Houses are basic and to get to them you must drive on rough roads, ruining your car. 10 minute drives become 30, etc. No emergency service nearby. Demand more for your money, instead of buying and complaining because then you're part of the problem. If you have this kind of money to spend on a house, take your time and get most things right and invest wisely.

I personally think what comes to make a cost of a property are,
1.Good road networks,
2. social amenities,
3. accessible water,
4.will an ambulance show up when call?
5. will fire service come when i call?
6. safety will i get my rental income back if i should use  a mortgage ?etc.

THEREFORE THE PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS

The price is insane. For $70,000 usd you can buy a R1,200,000. house in South Afica with private pool, walled yard, 3bd 2 bath house, 1 bd 1 bath granny cottage in back, police, fire and emergency services, buses, trains, city sewer and water, real infrastructure, solar, views, etc., just like in the U S but in black Johannesburg.

Beautiful houses but I think the prices are outrageous

I love this.

For what they are providing together (land, water, roads, the greenery, gated community& security etc…) with the house, I think the price it’s ok. I would love to hear from those who have build something similar, not from those who are just being emotional about the price and those ca’t afford.

y’all need to talk about the full terms and conditions, house is not yours forever

The house comes with the furniture or its a show house?

Is furniture included in the package/contract?

🎉🎉❤

I don't  understand why we don't build African styles .
If i had money, i would rather build a village with no fence,  more greener,

$175k for a local Ghanaian will build a nice house, marry a wife, start a business, buy a car etc.

Can u mortgage the property

Very western style home; would be right at home in certain parts of North America . The prices are high because these developers have to build out water & energy infrastructure and these homes are clearly  targeted towards the Diaspora who would bring (mostly!) USA dollars(note that the pricing in USA dollars, not cedis) . Not what I would want if I was to move to Ghana at all- very expensive concrete and breeze block, no sense of forward thinking design with West African materials. But- it's clear that this type of development is what Diaspora people want!

I have stayed here twice, and I can tell you, these homes do not age well.

Ghana is honestly beautiful, imagine if it was not colonized!

The lady sounds East African. Also, the community needs to redesign the roads. It’s not worth $175,000 in my opinion

Ghana overprices everything, that is why there are so many empty houses and not finished houses in Ghana. The infrastructure is also very bad. I will rather consider Benin, Rwanda, Ethiopia or Burkina Faso, because of proper roads, cheap gloceries, 24/7 electricity and affordable houses.
