Making the decision to sew your own wedding dress is HUGE, I explain why I wanted this experience and the reasons I didn't buy a dress that was very nearly the one.

Hi friends, I'm nervous about this one! It's a biggie 😬
I'm finally able to share the story of making my wedding dress after months of recovering footage from old cameras etc. Unfortunately I have lost some of the footage but their is plenty to share with you!
Thank you for being so patient while I worked through the technical difficulties. I really hope you enjoy this wedding sewing series!

This is going to be the best series! I made my own dress back in the early 80's in a small city with few bridal resources. I only tried on dresses once at Mom's insistence because I had my heart set on a $12K dress from a big bridal magazine. In the end, I pretty much got it and it only took a year to sew and came in under $2K. Looking forward to the next video! Thank you for sharing this with us.

I am so grateful to you for sharing this video, I got to design my own wedding dress 33 years ago and I got to buy the fabric and a local dressmakerade my dress for me(which I still have) also I made my own wedding cake.😄looking forward to seeing how it all came together.
