I do like the bipod-cut handguard, it looks kinda iconic, almost to a point where I would like it less if it were different.

Second on that Halbek device. I'm looking at an Imbel parts kit instead of going DSA. I heard mixed reports on their quality control. At the moment I'm trying to scoop up FAL mags.

I don't want a folding stock, though they do look really cool. I want a fixed stock FAL with a 16" or 18" barrel. There's absolutely no difference that 2"s of barrel, so it's just comes down to looks. I'm in the US South East so either barrel length would be just fine here!

It’s utterly criminal that you can create such awesome videos that covers the granddaddy of the SCAR series and the right arm of the free world, makes me sad I sold off my 16” FAL that was one color away from a rhodie paintjob, but I’m planning on getting a Imbel kit and putting a PARA lower that I have.
