Like Flames is definitely my favorite Opening for the series so far, season 4 starts today so we'll see when it lands

14:47 🤣🤣🤣 Some people understood.

Take a shot every time you hear "Guys?!"

11:24 yeah you guessed it right. That was opening to a spin-off 😁👍

i love this series, hope you enjoy it as much as me, it has a lot and i mean a lot of character and it has a specially deep world-building, everything has consequences one way or another

That time I got reincarnation as a slime aka TenSura is my favorite piece of media ever and I always enjoy watching new people react to it. You both seem so fun to watch and I can’t wait to see you react to TenSura.

The 5th opening was actually one for a 3 part OVA called visions of Collius and y’all also missed another opening from the spin off series Slime Diaries.

Idk if y’all have started season 2 yet but if you haven’t here is the watch order I would suggest watching everything in:
- Season 1
- OVA’s 1-5 (1&2 are just for fun/ moan service but 3-5 add to the story)
- Slime Diaries
- Season 2
- movie Scarlet Bonds
- OVA visions of Collius
- Season 3

Looking forward to the fun reactions from you two

Slime does such a great job with its world building! It takes its time and fleshes out the nations and all of the characters! I don’t think it’s perfect but definitely an amazing anime🔥🔥

I'm glad you guys are finally getting into this great series! A couple of comments:

When you see the female knight in opening 3, you mention not having seen her before.  She was actually in the first two openings, in fact the big fight in opening 1 is her fighting the main character.

the fifth opening is actually from an OVA arc called Visions of Coleus, in which Rimuru travels to help out another nation, so we see mostly all new characters.

The fourth opening is one of my favorites of all time :) . This singer was a cover artist on youtube, when an anime producer saw her and scouted her.  She's done 3 songs for this show, and several for some other shows, I love her voice!

And yeah, as has been mentioned elsewhere, season 4 is starting tomorrow and will have 5 cours! (around 60 episodes)  They won't be broadcast continuously though, they show the first 2 cours (~24 episodes) and then take  a break for maybe 1 or 2 seasons before starting up again.

If you would like to know all the anime for this show, there are:

3 seasons of 24 episodes each
2 special eps called Veldora's Journal, which are largely recaps with Veldora (a dragon) giving silly commentary
3 speical eps called "digressions" which are recaps that focus on a particular character
8 OVA episodes, starting with 2 stand-alones (warning: intense fanservice!) a 3 episode arc involving the kids, and a 3 episode arc called Visions of Coleus that you saw the opening to above.
A movie called "Crimson Bonds" that released a few years ago.
A 2nd movie called "Tears of the Azure Sea" that came out in Japanese theaters recently, and will come out in theaters here on May 1st.
A spinoff show called "The Slime DIaries" that was 1 season of 12 episodes, it's the same cast but is entirely slice of life and comedy. (This is like Teen Titans Go to the original Teen Titans)

There is also a manga that is approaching 150 chapters and has 31 volumes so far.
About a dozen spinoff manga with a lot more chapters lol.

And then there is the original web novel by Fuse that started the whole franchise, followed by a light novel series that just ended after 23 volumes.  The anime has adapted 9 of those 23 so far.

That seems like a lot, but if you just watch the anime it will still be less than, say, My Hero Academia (well for right now, that's not going to remain true :D )

Peak Reaction boyz 🔥🔥

New season just dropped yesterday, new opening is cool too

New season really owesome last night

It depends on the per series😊 they put happy songs if it's about building the nation then rock type songs when it's about battle which cool for me I was hooked on this manga since published on 2016 bought by my father then was kinda hoping for it to be animated then it was(bermonths) 😊😊😊😊🎉 it comforts me ,also that time it was pandemic I always rewatch it😂😂😂😂brings back good memories during pandemic for me😅

To be Honest... at first the Title Threw me of and i Actively Avoided this Show not even watching Trailers... but then i gave it a Shot binged it and it is now my all Time Favorite Anime out of any Genre... I Highly Recommend using Headphones as you are already Sold on the Animation... the Sounddesign will leave you with Several Ear.gasms as it is the Strongest Asset Slime has

most important thing to remember about slime is that unlike other anime which usually are action with a hint of politics, this is a world building, politics and lots of talking with a small hint of action, but when the action comes its always peak with stakes rising as the story progresses

Can’t wait for reactions 🔥🔥🔥 enjoy the series bros

They have to react to the last two; TACTIC will blow their minds.

This is my fav anime. Hope you react to it all. 😊

You guys should react to the openings for Arifureta from commonplace to Worlds Strongest.  All 4 of them are amazing.

Needed something to watch to relax to as am too tired to start season 2. I think I'm getting the flu.
