You absolutely HAVE to make a complaint written on a clay tablet for the fake malachite, and maybe ship it to them. It would be so, so funny. Maybe even sell a limited run?

Turns out the trick to being remembered is to build big piles of stone, and make sure they're in a nice dry place with no pesky jungles to envelope them

Imagine being in the Egyptian afterlife. No one new has entered in over 2000 years, then suddenly a chicken shows up.

I love how this channel goes from Gen engeneering away some lactose intolerance to literally ancient drilling tech

The title "How to build a pyramid if Aliens won't return your calls" is simply great. That is the perfect amount of snark.

HAH getting Ea Nassir'd is possibly the funniest thing that could have happened in the making of this video

Anubis just enjoying his long retirement and occasional appearance suddenly sees a chicken hop off the raft of reeds. “Not again.”

If aliens helped me build my temples I would be writing about them all the time. The walls would be covered with "the mighty beings came down with their carts from the gods to lift and place our stones." Why would they get help then lie by depicting tons of other ways for humans to do the work?

I'm 20 minutes in and learning about bronze when I remembered this video was supposedly about pyramids.

Sometimes people forget that these were giant government projects and not just some bloke in his garage. If your king orders you to stack a bunch of rocks for him what are you gonna do?

Next video: we make the neurons control a bio-machine that inscribes a 1-star review of the fake-malachite-seller into a clay tablet.

"Like termites, get enough humans in an area and we start building a bunch of tall things, and making holes in all your shit" comedy gold

40:39 I related heavily with my human ancestors here, I cannot imagine the level of disappointment when you get a big ass rock in place and then go "welp, that's not right, let's do it again"
