In this video, I show 3 stocks that passed my "sleep test" and explain the 4 criteria I used to arrive at them.
I looked for businesses that are present in people's daily lives, with consistent profits, an attractive ROE, controlled debt, and a history of dividend distribution, as well as liquidity for the investor.
And there's an important point: a predictable stock doesn't mean a stock that never falls. The stock market will fluctuate. The idea is to understand if the fall only happened in the stock price or if the company's fundamentals also changed.
In addition to the 3 companies, I'll show you a practical strategy to deal with downturns: define your investment thesis before buying, establish objective reassessment triggers, monitor results, and avoid concentrating all your investment in a single entry.
