Nothing has come close to Tom Petty....OK Roy Orbison....The BEATLES...I still listen to Tom and Heartbreakers everyday that I exercise as I walk...His wisdom was extroardinary!... I listen to everything over and over and find new words and meaning everytime!

The thought of no more Tom Petty music is so depressing. I was always like a kid waiting for Christmas when they were working on a new album. How can losing someone you've never met feel like you've lost a friend? RIP Tom, glad I was around for your trip to Earth.

Every new Tom Petty video is like a gift you didn’t even know how much you wanted and needed and then bam! There he is again and it’s another diamond, another smile right to your soul. No on one ever turns thumbs down because why? He’s so great. He’s just Tom Amazing Petty.

I love it when Tom looks back. It makes you understand that Tom is humble at his core and loves his band and knows he is better with them.

Seven years ago today (Oct 2/26) TP left a void so big...it could crush this town. An immeasurable loss of a truly immeasurable talent. Godspeed Charlie T.

MR. THOMAS EARL PETTY.real. Honest. Humble. Straightforward. Authentic. Not phony. A true legend. PETTY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Does anyone agree?

Miss him terribly!  So grateful for what he left US!  Forever in my heart

I never get tired of  listening to Tom Petty. Such an amazing artist and great talent. R.I.P

Thanks, Allyn. We all are so blessed to have Tom Petty in our lives. Even though he's physically gone, we will continue to benefit from what he did. It's disappointing that I never had a chance to tell him face-to-face how many times his music picked me up and put me back on the right path. He was a humble man, just doing what he loved, even when it was far from a simple thing. But how often do we actually get to do what we really want to do, or what we're meant to do? I think that's rare. And I thank God he never gave up when it wasn't easy.

Like the man said, Tom Petty could have rolled out of bed and written a hit song.  Very few are in that club.

spent 5 hard and rewarding years in Ocala... I could hear the traffic ...cars roll by
Out on 441!   He connects me deeply to that meaningful experience. AMERICAN GIRL

Cool way to spend my lunch hour today - with my favorite guy.  My heart still breaks when my head reminds me that he's gone.  Thanks for posting Allyn, u r the best!

Allyn, I don't know where you keep finding the awesome vintage footage, but I'm so glad you do. Thanks for keeping Tom alive in our hearts and the music playing in our souls. Tom is my Rock god and either watching his videos or jammin' in the car to one of his CD's on a daily basis. I miss him...ALOT but thanks to you and Sirius XM he lives on..and on...and on....

The waiting is the hardest part! We love you so much! !!

It’s late here and I should be asleep! But I couldn’t resist watching this all the way through! In these difficult times it’s so wonderful to hear TPs voice. I don’t have the radio option so these interviews and docs are such a blessing. So much in here I will be revisiting often. Thank you Allyn again and again you bring joy and Tom xxxx

Thank you for posting this, its like we got him back for just a little while. I still miss him immensely, his work, his voice, his way of expressing himself and his talent.  He was an amazing guy, we were lucky to have him ❤️

Thx for uploading this video. Anytime we get to see Tom explain parts of their history is great. Still miss him dearly. Nothing has filled that void from losing a True ICON !  No one will ever come along like Tom again in my lifetime. Truly an American Original.
