RuneScape Dragonwilds: Skill Progression Guide - What To Level & When

Primitive Nomad

In this video I go over the general progression rules for character skills in Dragonwilds. As you progress through the regions in the game naturally you progress through power regions through materials. But Dragonwilds has a direct progression path that should be kept in mind while journeying through the regions of Ashenfall. I break all of this down to ensure your character is progressing at a steady pace along side the regions resources and gear sets.

THANK YOU for the support! I truly appreciate you!💚🤟🏼

This video is long but I have provided chapters to help with your progression based on where you are at in Ashenfall.

Again progression is something that happens naturally and we all play at different rates. At the end of the day have fun and enjoy the grind!💚😊🤟🏼

Friendly reminder I just learned when chopping down your closely planted trees is out walls surrounding them so they fall together and you can either axe multiple at once or use the spell to get them all in one go. I spent so much time trying to get the trees to fall together and this saved me so much more time

Great info. I’m only pl5 with mostly base 50’s and a few 40’s. Things are getting a lot easier and so much fun.

You and Chaos Bear gaming should collab. Whether it’s guides or streams/playthroughs whatever.
Both very thorough with the videos!

The compost bucket progression is currently broke. I’m 50+ farming and still stuck on the wooden bucket which only has 150 capacity. It really bad

My character has been the same since the beginning; when I created him, most of the skills didn't exist yet. Seeing how different a new player's experience is compared to mine, I think I'll create a new character and do it all over again.

If you dont have lots of Law runes and have you have your base near the starting church. You can just use rested position option in the menu to travel back "home" for free as it always teleports you back to the starting point of the world ( atleast always for me )

A lot of these skills progress naturally. 40 construction is a must.

1 mistake you said lv 6 cooking unlocks at 25 you then corrected it to 75 after. This happened around 28 mins. No big deal though. Great content!

Def grind for ride when avaliable because of all the running

I have found naturally leveling skills has worked well. There have been only a few times where I had to sit down and grind a skill a little bit to reach a milestone where I was lacking, namely 50 runecrafting after reaching dowdun reach and 40 construction for personal chest, but not a long grind to hit. I still not a fan of fishing which is where I am currently lacking

I speed ran I think it’s lvl 62 construction for personal chest spell. Then said F it and did fancy rug method til 99. Got it in a single night with potion and food boost for xp

not sure if its true but someone said that they found files in the game code hinting at future skills being defence, herblore and hunting but obviously take it with a grain of salt
