Which weapons are worth your Tier 8 Ascension Cores? This RuneScape: Dragonwilds weapon tier list ranks the upgrades I'd prioritise across melee, magic and ranged - and the ones I'd leave until later.

I've revisited my Tier 7 rankings with Tier 8 stats, weapon effects and special attacks in mind. This time, ranged weapons get individual placements, including the Crystal Bow, and the Dragonbone Dagger joins the list.

The focus is upgrade priority for Tier 8 vestige and masterwork weapons. Tier 9 Kuldra raid rewards aren't included.

Testing note: I used a modded world to obtain the Tier 8 upgrades for these comparisons. Rankings reflect the stats and behaviour at the time of recording; future patches may change them.
