Who here has learned and implemented a break like this in their game? A few of you have tried this with success, makes me so happy! It's probably the break I've been most proud to learn.

You have a great sense of control for the break. The only issue with this break is if the rules require 3 balls to be pocketed or cross the head string. For 95-99% of amateur players this is a fantastic option.

This is awesome! I don't play this format often but when I do I've had intermittent struggles with the one on the head rail. When I'm on I can get it two rails and out, when I'm off it doesn't work. What you are doing looks way more resilient and is playing the one to a great position on the table. Brilliant!

Thanks for this video. Illustrating the principle of keeping the 1 ball accessible is very interesting. As I become a better and better player, trying to be a run-out player, I see any shot on the 1 ball and an open table as an opportunity to run out, and this definitely allows for many options to shoot the 1. Great idea.

Happy Xmas to you and family I break different if I break from the left side my cueball hits the 1 ball like I was breaking from the right give this a try going across the ball with 😂spin and visa versa it's been a long time for your videos but worth the time the breakshot is just another part of practice and you can get some crazy reactions on a 9. foot hope you all stay safe and well all the best for the future 🎨 the😺

A very cool break that I've been meaning to work on, great vid! A cool variation of this break is to draw with low outside past the side pocket (side rail, end rail, and float towards the opposite side rail). My first memories of this break come from the world 9 ball championships in 2006 where it was rather topical, Ronnie Alcano won the tournament using it!

As always I really do enjoy your insight into the break. You really do put a lot of thought into your analysis. This one was interesting. I'm really into alternative thinking these days to spice up the game. Certainly with the English there would be a certain zoning in time depending on table size. I'm gonna play with it😂
