Some of you didn’t watch until the end of the video 👀 tisk tisk

If you want to submit your OC for a future redesign episode, do one of the following:

-Follow me on X or Bluesky. I’ll make a post asking for submissions, and you can reply with your OC.

-Join my Discord server using the link in the description. I have a channel called “OC redesign submissions” where you can submit your OC.

Nothing like listening and watching someone draw whilei also draw ✍️

Thylacine, also known as a Tasmanian Tiger.

Nice redesigns!
I was drawn immediately by that thumbnail. I know that art style all too well, and I wanted to see how you redesigned her character. 👀

I get motivated when i see someone drawing sonic OCs or any sonic characters, but i lose it because how bad im 🥀
I really want to complete my OC design so i have a chance to see u try redesign it in your style <3

My favorite part 10:50

Nothing like a new redesigning your sonic oc videos to relax

How do we submit our characters? :3

Nice work on this one! The 1st one color distribution helped to make the face the focal point. I also enjoyed the style and look of the character here helping to play into the story elements.

The 2nd one was probably using purple-yellow for the complimentary effect, but mono color scheme works well for a character who is supposed to be made out of darkness. I don’t know if a bright green helped make the light/bright go away. Yet it does sell a more sinister vibe to him, so it works. Soulless pupils are always my favorite for characters like this, so prefect add on.

A tip a vtuber designer taught me for helping design or figuring out focal points it’s to close your eyes and stare at the image. If your eyes go where you don’t want them might need to change the colors or move some colors around.

Anywho, have a good holiday everyone and keep up the good work!

i just got back into sonic the hedgehog, since i'm also an artist i've been drawing a lot of characters and making ocs. the sonic art style is insanely fun to draw in lmao
