What do you think the name of the NEXT Captain Bible episode should be?

"Don't judge me. Jesus drank wine too" is my mantra.

Perfectly reasonable reaction to someone shooting your face Bible

"Gay wizard!" "No, I'm the wizard of stealing!"

Hey, it's an easy mistake to make. The same two dudes played like every villain/minion on the show!

I like how he’s not even a superhero he’s just a drunk guy who went to Catholic school with firearms

He's the embodiment of a comment I saw once "it's Jesus's job to forgive you, it's my job to send you to him"

The Bible man cosplay has no right being this good.

the way he checked the trash cans and shot inside them was lowkey terrifying

"Deceptor, I knew I'd find you alone with a kid" Only 30 seconds in and im dying already

Something about a religious fanatic with a loose understanding of his own scripture, gunning down Saturday morning cartoon villains over the slightest hint of bad behavior is just as terrifying as it is hilarious.

...also the gay wizard bit was phenomenal.

1:36 Idk why, but the sheer brutality of NOT EVEN CHECKING the trashcan before shooting whoever is inside made me laugh, like he's so cold blooded

I like how they just took an ordinary episode of Bibleman and added guns to it.

The whole PSA/kid actor holding a cigarette/joint in unnatural ways is the key detail to these kinds of things 😂

I like to imagine his body armor is just fifty Bibles all stapled together.

4:00 I love how genuinely inspiring and beautiful this sequence is. The music coming in as Deceptor realizes that maybe God really is real, maybe he is the bad guy here. Like it's genuinely such a good setup for a heartfelt scene in a Christian show, where Captain Bible forgives him despite everything he did, and Deceptor really does believe in God. And then he just point blank executes him with a lightsaber😭

So, once the criminals go to jail... they can only get out on Christian Bail?

Bible blocks the bullet

The Fibber: that would have been the perfect time to say "the armor of God"

I thought this was going to be a real commentary on the “Bible Man” show, and was totally buying it the whole time. You can imagine my shock when he pulled out a gun and they began swearing.
