Thank you so much for looking so deeply into exactly what us parkourheads have been wondering about especially regarding ejects (you know how much I appreciate having detail on how they work, specifically), even when you knew it'd throttle the amount of footage you could record and use for generally garnering attention. This info is so good to have, as it shows they truly care about improving the experience of movement, displaying more care for AC parkour than the OG game ever has (this might sound like blasphemy to some, but there's reasoning behind my conclusion, lol). I'm still baffled by the choice to not allow for recording in Havana, as I'd expect them to accomodate you as THE movement guy there, but don't worry, you were indeed handsome enough to make up for the lack of footage lol <33

The lack of high and low-profile control is a MASSIVE L

I think they knew that left to their own devices like 80% of the creators were gonna be running around Havana testing parkour stuff when they wanted to show off the naval gameplay.

Only like 7 minutes into the video, and the absence of the High Profile/Low Profile feature is suuuuuuuuuch a bummer. The HP/LP thing felt so uniquely AC in the way that it fit the narrative and the idea of the Animus. Now it's just generic video game controls (which are totally sufficient, don't get me wrong). This game was literally where this needed to happen.

Also, flicking the Hidden Blades randomly. Will forever miss that

Just got mogged by my AC content creator its a great day

I'm so grateful that animation canceling ejects are back. My biggest issue with ejects in the past decade has always been the annoying fact that you can only trigger them once you're hanging with your feet planted on the wall. After lack of manual jump, this was the biggest barrier to freedom of expression within parkour. Hopefully they can figure out how to fix free ejects before or shortly after launch
