The whole “we determine a value and if you disagree we hold the right to keep it anyway”. Thats a law suit waiting for the right person

A new video of Kyra hating on Caleb feels like a Christmas gift.

"FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY IS A BIG VALUE OF MINE" 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Oh no Phoenix Resale evolved, he became Phoenix Scamsale

Bro essentially scammed people and went "OMG".

"Items will not be returned" is wild. Why send this known scammer anything at this point lol

Caleb is the literal human embodiment of what greed looks like.

Bro scammed some kids and is bragging about it. God, I hate people who wear their shitty behavior like it's a badge.

It cannot be legal to make a trade agreement and after you receive the item you suddenly don't want to pay and also don't give the item back. I wonder what legal eagle would say to this.

Scalpers with storefronts has become an epidemic

Remember, kids, never give your stuff to random grifters in the mail.

I totally forgot about the gamecube game scam.

God, what an asshole.

Caleb used to be part of the Reezy Resells mob. They re-sold books until they found video games are more lucrative. They were the type of people who bragged about buying all the Lego at half price in Costco, saving it until Xmas and then selling it at a mark-up. Can't let the kids buy Lego toys at a discount, leeches.

The GameCube gambit was one of the shittiest things I've ever seen a YouTuber do. People actually came together to help him get his dream collection only for him to turn around and sell them all. Also he had that one video during it of him buying up all the gamecube games in like the entire state or some shit and had the nerve to call out the people who said it was shitty to do that. Phoenix Resale is one of the worst people I've ever seen on this platform and is the reason why retro game collecting sucks now.

Bro is so cringe. When I was working towards opening my gamestore 2 years ago, he messaged me on Facebook. Asking me a ton of questions, and then suggesting he makes a visit for a video. I blocked him. Fucking hate this guy. Makes my skin crawl

"Oh no, so there's a zero dollar return on those fake cards?"
CRAZY

"The haters said I couldn't do it. And they were correct. Honestly, great call from the haters"

we are finally getting to him. hold the line boys! we must not falter!

One of the 1st things I was taught when I entered into my insurance course for a 2-20 license is that no contract you sign is above the law. They are banking that you don’t know this stuff and accept your stuff as stolen. Get an attorney and watch how quickly Caleb shits his pants 🤣😭

we are rooting for the start of the "Caleb living in a box under a bridge" arc.
