I smoked multiple times a day everyday for about 5 years.
Took 47 days to clear out my system.

I was smoking all day everyday for like 3 years. I’m 5’6 and 145 lbs. It took damn near 68 days to get clean out right for a test I really needed to pass. On day 1 I started going to the gym and exercising for about an hour a day. I was taking niacin, johns st wards, and activated charcoal weekly. I drank water and cranberry juice, the bitter tasting kind a lot, I took at home tests once a week. Not till last week I started getting a visible double line. Just took my test, ate like a bird the whole week prior, greens and water. Fasted like 18 hours, woke up morning of at 5am, pissed twice, drank about 16 oz of water, pissed again, drank 14oz of Pedialyte on the way to clinic and pissed once more at the clinic, drank and half a Gatorade. Got called, pissed a good 3-4 secs before getting my middle stream. Been about 3 days and haven’t heard anything about failing so…

Update. I passed the test

Just to give you an idea of a heavy user. I used to smoke 4 ounces every 15 days or 1g of wax per day. As of 2023, I cut it down to 2-3g of wax or 9-10g of bud per week. Been clean since Nov 20 and just bought a test kit. I'll update my tests soon. I work out, 5ft 7, 175lbs.

Got clean after 7 months.  Around 3-4 1g vape pens a week, 6'1, 360lbs at my peak weight.

I used about 3 grams a
day. About 14 gams a week and almost 2 ounces a month for me.

You can fail a test today,  for something you did 2 to 4 months ago. Why would a company even do that? Those that have to hit the daily happy hour are fine though? Makes sense to ?

Do you have a advice or a video on ways to flush/detox your system faster naturally to make it quicker than 3 months?

You should do a super duper heavy video.

I’m 3 months clean, not even a temptation of taking a puff, still dirty. Have stopped drinking soda, took a 60 dollar detox kit, followed every instruction, and here I am. Still dirty.

I’d say 4 months tops is pretty spot on. I’m 8 months clean now, I’ve used a few times but nothing like before. After 10 years of chronic use, around an ounce a week and at least 20 mg edibles per day I pissed hot for close to 4 months. I remember after day 90 I’d workout and afterwards still be in the 150-200 ng/l range I couldn’t fucking believe it and hated myself for that. I wasn’t living a good lifestyle and was involved in a lot of shit. The times I’ve toked up since getting sober I couldn’t believe I used to consume the way I used to. I had no respect for the plant.

I love the way you explain things and lay it out.  You could’ve been dismissive and ignored the people who disagreed with you because you are the expert, (I probably would have lol), but you didn’t.  ❤
