Happy holidays.

OMG i miss this place so much 🥺

Good on ya

The North sea's bloody freezing in summer never mind winter, looks like a nice place for a walk,

Good to see you in action again, Darren. Good luck in your new journey. As a fellow Diabetic, i can say that the problem is not carbs but unhealthy fat food in general.
Take care

The grand hotel is a good hotel to stay in I stay there every time I stay in Scarborough witch is at least once a year for a 5 day break and it as Been getting a facelift be unfortunately with it been a grade listed 2 building Britannia are limited to what they can do with it but with the prices you pay to stay there you can’t expect a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel

Way too cold to jump in the ocean hehe. Crazy people!

hi dazza,, good beach weather over there,,, hehe,,, nice area,,,good to see your laser op, was successful,,cya when i,m in KL again ,,merry christmas, 🎄☃️

Darren, go for a swim! 🥶😂

Hwy Darren,  glad to see you back here. How long does it take for 10,000 ateps for you? I usually get in 4 or 5k.  10k seems quite a challenge to do daily!
