Happy Horror Time

James Jude Courtney has played Michael Myers (aka, The Shape) in more “Halloween” films than any other actor, having starred in all 3 of the recent Blumhouse films. Tune in to hear all about how he was cast and his approach to portraying this iconic horror villain, the endings that were filmed but never made it to screen, and how emotional it got working with Jamie Lee Curtis on that final battle in “Halloween Ends.”

James is such a great guy. Got to know him during the years the Halloween films were releasing, such a humble guy. Hope he continues to see the recognition an success he has rightfully earned.

That's my guy😊 He made the Shape truly scary again. Best Mike since Nick Castle. And Tyler Mane gets an honorable mention.

Re-watching 2018 now and I don’t think it’s even possible to get a better looking and acting Michael Myers than James portrayed. Extremely realistic and extremely scary. He deserved better and the fans deserved better than that trash we got in Ends.

Super late commenting on this video, but I absolutely love Jensen Daggett ❤ and to have her give a heartfelt shout out to my other favorite final girl Amy Steel 🤯 nothing is better than that, truly.

Just came across your channel and can’t believe it took me so long to find it. So mad that I’m late but better late than never. Can’t wait to watch all your older interviews and for what’s to come🙏🏼 Love JJC he took the shape and knocked it out of the park while still respecting castle’s portrayal.
