The Atlantic City Casino & Hotel Walkthrough Series continues — and this time we're heading to BORGATA! But this isn't just another walkthrough. One of Atlantic City's biggest casino resorts is about to undergo a massive $107 MILLION transformation.
Join me for a midweek, late-afternoon walkthrough of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City's Marina District as we capture the property at a very particular moment in time — September 2026, just as a major renovation of the original Borgata Tower gets underway.
Approximately 2,000 guestrooms and suites are being renovated, along with corridors, elevator lobbies and the main hotel lobby. The redesigned rooms are expected to feature a warmer, contemporary look inspired by Italian craftsmanship, with new furniture, lighting, finishes and an increased emphasis on those Atlantic City views.
And this is only the latest investment in Borgata. The former Water Club was transformed into the MGM Tower following a $55 million redesign, while other areas of the casino resort have also received upgrades.
So consider this walkthrough our BEFORE video.
What does Borgata look like right now? What's changing? And most importantly...
What will $107 MILLION actually change around the property?
We'll walk through the resort, casino and public areas while talking about what's coming and what Borgata guests can expect as the renovations continue.
This isn't an in-depth room, pool or restaurant tour. For those detailed tours, check out my other Borgata and Atlantic City videos right here on the Nu Yawk channel.
And don't worry — we'll be returning as the renovation progresses to see what's changed and eventually compare the new Borgata with the property you're seeing today.
Atlantic City is changing again — and Nu Yawk will be there to document it!
