What's even more astonishing is that it wasn't just this song or even just this one concert that they hit out of the park, it was every night and every performance that they performed at this unattainable level. Steve Perry will forever be The Voice.

Steve Perry was known as “The Voice”. He’s my all time favorite vocalist. My all time favorite band, Journey.

You know what would really blow you away? Watching this whole concert from start to finish. Steve Perry shows NO signs of fatigue for the entire 2 hours! Some interesting stats about this performance:
This song was an hour into the show.
This particular tour was 113 performances in an 8 months long tour. This Houston show was the 50th. That means Steve did this exact same show 49 times previously to this one!
Just take a moment to think about that!
Great reaction, I love your enthusiasm man!

Those guys in Journey punch the time clock every time they hit the stage. They were all business and got the job done. Totally live. Pure talent.
