𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧: Thank you for the feedback about the background music. I know some of you found it distracting, and I really appreciate you letting me know. I’ll keep this in mind for future videos.

The account of the Tower of Babel shows more than a failed building project. It reveals the heart of all mankind. When they said “let us make a name for ourselves,” they were seeking glory apart from God, trusting in their own strength rather than submitting to Him. Babel is humanity united in pride, not in worship. It reflects what lives in every heart apart from grace, a desire for self-exaltation and independence from the Lord.

This is why we need a Redeemer. While humanity tries to reach up to God through effort and pride, the gospel shows Christ coming down to save sinners who could never reach Him. Our pride divides and confuses, but Christ brings true reconciliation and peace. Only in Him can what was broken at Babel be restored, not for our glory, but for His.

Lennox’s teaching doesn’t need background sounds.

Love John Lennox but the unnessary music is distracting .

Get rid of the background music.   It takes away from the sermon.

The teaching is so good but the music is not needed. It is distracting.

Please take the music off. Very distracting and takes away from the power of the message. John Lennox doesn’t need background music.

The music is so distracting

That background music is so distracting and unnecessary.  I would prefer to hear Dr. Lennox without having to filter that noise out.  Thank you.

This guy is so smart. He is using his God-given gifts to spread the Truth.

Love John Lennox , But that newage sound in the background was creepy to say the least.

Wow!  A great speaker, botched by horrendous background noise.

Leave the music out. It makes it to hard to hear Mr Lennox.  Or anyone else who is speaking.

Music is distracting

Great message distracting background music.

I was so focused on the message that I didn't notice the music!!!

Why have you added background music to John's lecture? I'm confident that wouldn't be at his request. It is distracting and not helpful.

Here’s how you know the video is fantastic: people keep listening to it all the way to the end, even though it plays nails on a chalkboard screeching sounds all the way through
