Homeowner: “Yes, I am calling because I would like to hire you to come and clean all the windows in our home.”
Window Cleaning Company: “Will we need to bring a ladder for this job?”
Homeowner: (just starts laughing)

Oh my! This is a "Home for the Holidays" type home. All of the family gather and stay under one roof during the holidays. So luxe and yet it exudes the cozy comforts of home 🏡 😌

Play hide-n-seek in that home, you might not be found for days. 😮

I saw that big screen TV. Above the fireplace, and I first thought, was how ridiculous if anyone wanted to watch TV. It's like being in their first row in a movie. Theater, you gotta break your neck backwards to look up to see it.

I must be old-school, because these incredible homes are ruined, in my opinion, without an actual foyer before you enter the greatness of the spacious home. Something about opening your door to a stranger/delivery person, etc and them being able to see EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that may be in the front room...UGH!! I just can't get past that. My new build from 2 years ago had to have a offset foyer. I love having a side table, paintings, mirrors, etc before entering into the family room with a 2 story ceiling. It is like a cool journey to the overwhelmingly spacious interior of my home. Besides that, this is a remarkable property.

Utah builders really know what they are doing! Builders in south carolina don't have a clue how to do something like this!!

I could just imagine what the cost is to clean the windows😂😂

Oh my goodness! This house is absolutely beautiful!! And the views…unmatched.
My only problem with this home is that some of the secondary bedrooms seem a little small (I’ve noticed that with Utah homes in general) and they didn’t have en suites. For a house of this magnitude I would expect every bedroom to have its own en suite. But, overall, this house was gorgeous!!

Very few homes am I left with no words to explain the captiveness it has had on me. The views within the home is immaculate, and the dwelling situated on the site was extremely thoughtful! Lastly, the home comes across as livable considering that it is 11,000+ sq ft. It just doesn't show as a very large home. Very homey, warm, and intentional! Great home!!!

Love the big grass area in the back yard. Perfect for kids to run around all day.

It looks like 6 homes put together! Imagine the money it takes to keep this home operating. This is billionaire level! Incredible!

I rather get rid off so much windows. I need more space for clothing. But also to many windows the light bill will be higher. I know you can see the beautiful views! Those homes are beautiful!
