Finally! The TV is not competing with the fireplace and is not treated like an afterthought. Nicely framed, just needs to be mounted a bit lower at eye level. Having the fireplace adjacent to the TV is the perfect place. Makes for a much more inviting space!

And overall a beautiful home. Nice elevation and very nice and warm interior.

I like the prep kitchen to have doors or to be hidden from the rest of the home.

Thank you for showing such awesome houses. You are my favorite channel to watch to see homes. Your style is awesome!!

“Look at this!” Is my favorite saying of yours.

I always love when you hit up Tennessee! This home and the last one were amazing. We’re playing catchup. The primary closet was beautiful and I love that outside was screened in. Loved the kitchen!

I've seen this house a few times here in TN, it is a beauty.

Love the entrance inside the house. I don’t understand why does look like rust stains on the entryway. The primary room and en suite are A+++. Love the scullery. The Herringbone shower, nice. My grandkids would love that play room upstairs.

Beautiful multi generational home. The front steps HAND RAILS are UNWELCOMING, looks for a municipality building not a GRAND FABULOUS HOME. Thank for sharing/posting. God Bless, Stay Alert, Stay Safe, God Bless.

There is something so consistent about your viewings… They are practical but luxury and the viewer can imagine themselves living there for a long time and getting their moneys worth!

This is outstanding❤. I wish the ceilings were higher up in the great room. I love those creamy neutral colors for the home. By the way, thanks for never making me dizzy with your excellent camera control. 😂

Yeah, Tennessee homes all have that certain character....old, brown, and plain....nice if that's what you 👍

A different question to ask but what are your setting on your iPhone while filming your walk-throughs. The windows are not blown out. it's amazing. Please fill me in brother and help a brother out.

Love love love the kitchen and scullery and finally a good sized separate pantry. Love that it has upstairs and downstairs laundry. Love the master suite and the study. Don’t like the swimming pool. Vegetation too close to the pool so yard just too small for the pool.
