I’m exploring Motoki Ohmori’s incredible vocals, the band’s lyrics and arrangements, and the visual storytelling behind these music videos—discovering how Mrs. GREEN APPLE bring beauty, darkness, vulnerability and hope into their music.
🎵 Songs included:
✨ Kusushiki / クスシキ — a mysterious, dramatic song about love that reaches beyond a single lifetime, written as an opening theme for The Apothecary Diaries.
🌿 lulu. — a warm and wistful song about memory, connection and what we carry forward, accompanying Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End as an opening theme.
🕊️ Heaven / 天国 — an intense, unsettling exploration of human nature and the search for meaning, with dramatic musical shifts that challenge the comfort its title might suggest.
