Low key I actually kinda liked Dylan and the troll girl not ending up together in the third movie, if only because it was the one time in anything where there was a message even resembling ‘its actually fine to not be attracted to someone of the opposite gender, you can still enjoy each other’s company the dating isn’t required.’

Low standards, I know, but it was the mid 2000s the situation was dire.

"A Halloween Mary Poppins grandma" How did I never realize this

It’s a crime that Sophie didn’t get her own movie she was low-key the most powerful one (ignoring the book😐)

Kimberly J Brown actually said in an interview that she had been free to film the fourth movie, but was never asked to return as Marnie. Sara Paxton was super popular at the time and Disney was likely trying to capitalize on that

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought S. Cromwell was Sophie! Aggie even mentions Sophie is working on her time travel, I thought she might have left the amulet for Marnie knowing she was going to go to school there lol (also Sophie is so overpowered, she deserved better)

At the point in the second movie when cals “dad” is flirting with Gwen and he says “you have the most beautiful green eyes” I SCREAM like if you actually look THEURE BLUE THEYRE NOT EVEN GREEN THEY JUST NEEDED TO TIE IN THE GREEN THING BUT LIKE AAAAAAGGGJHHH

The fact that the hot goblin boy was traded in as the love interest for Finn Witrock, and then he in turn was traded in for Lucas Grabeel for that High School Musical synergy drives me crazy. I always wanted to date the hot goblin boy! 😭

The thing about practical effects vs cgi and how they age is that the practical effects will never look out of place, like they were photoshopped in. But as with all practices time gives way to skill and quality. So while it may look like an old movie with old effects they don't look bad. This has been my comment for the algorithm.

RIP Debbie Reynolds

In the first movie, the line "mortal see mortal do" is a reference to the candle in the jack-o-lantern, which is quite clever, or it would be if merlin's talisman was something even remotely resembling a candle.

I think it's implied that magic killed Gwen's husband and that's why she has such a hatred towards Halloween and magic as a whole or at least that's what I always thought

The grandma from Halloween town is Princess Leia’s mom fun fact

@Giran_0 1 year ago

Wouldn't it make more sense to have Sophie be the main character for the 4th one and have Marnie on a mission with grandma

Let’s hope this video causes a butterfly effect that brings back Halloween town

IM HOLLERING THE BACKGROUND “WOAHHAHAHOOO” IN THE INTRO

@cassandraburns9073 1 year ago (edited)

When i first saw the movie i think i just made up that Kalabar had done something horrible to the mom, maybe attempted to drug her with a love potion or something, and that was where her hatred, disgust, and fear came from. Im realizing now that was purely a memory i made up but whatever lol
