Sorry everyone! The audio at the end is a bit misaligned unfortunately, my mistake!

Man, one of my favourite things in robot and mecha stories is when they get into disrepair and there are not enough parts to repair them back to normal so they end up with asymmetrical mismashed parts. I wish Transformers did that more often.

Crazy how Optimus Prime has a better fusion canon than Megatron

The chest plate without the notches in the windows looks so much better

3:15 the head being more accurate to both the Skybound comic and the 86 movie is probably due to the fact that Daniel Warren Johnson allegedly used Magic Square Light of Peace as a reference for his art during his run of the comics, which from what I’ve heard from 3PMP reviewers is the one of the best G1 Optimus Prime figures ever

INCREDIBLE shot at 15:45! excellent use of perspective to pay homage to DWJ's love of wrestling

This is also my favorite version of Optimus Prime since I read the Skybound comic hardcovers

This head is really cool in my opinion. Best this mold ever had even counting upgrade kits

What would've been nice was his normal arm to come with so you can also recreate the scene of hitting skywarp with it. even a battle damaged version.

LES GOOO THE VIDEO I WAS WAITING FORR! Nice video as always man! Thanks for this video

“You call that a Knife?  That’s… a Knife!”😂

Tuff review, can’t wait for the evasion Optimus!

Best refresh catch

I’m OK, It’s Only A Flesh Wound! 😉👍🏻

IMO, this one is definitely selling fast. And I just got this guy last night and I am enjoying the fig

I wish they had added some battle damage for the deco, maybe even some remolded parts like the movie version. As it stands it’s kind of uncanny because he looks so much like the comic version but at the same time not quite the same.

I wonder if the bright red plastic of the OG SS86 Optimus will be combined with solid blue windows, suitable blue parts for the legs and such and a G1 trailer with the toy stripes to create an Awakening Optimus Prime. THAT'D BE AWESOME!

THE perfect SS86/G1 Optimus version to commemorate the last time we'll hear the legend behind Optimus Prime

I love the comic series, the issues are amazing, I’m getting into volume 5 and the story was just amazing for the first story line so I’m excited for the future

keep going 🙏

6:05 I think I’m seeing a lip on the end of the 5mm peg that purposefully keeps it a little bit separated from the arm
