Y’all are amazing. This whole situation is so intense. Wrongfully convicting someone means the one who did it goes free. I cannot believe how much wasn’t allowed for the defense, if the prosecution believed in their case it would be allowed. He was presumed innocent until proven guilty, and he wasn’t given that at all. There’s so much to say, and y’alls discussion was immensely helpful and insightful. Grateful. Thank you.

I couldn’t get enough of this. I had Andrea’s YT on my laptop, DD on the iPad and Criminality on the TV.  These ‘round table’ collabs are over stimulating in the best way.  To see Andy was the icing on the cake.  I got so many chores done (besides folding clothes). Justice for Abby, Libby and Rick.

5:18 It’s a stain on the entire US Judicial system. It has made me not trust the judicial system.  Period.

This has been much more than a stain on the Indiana judicial system, it calls into question the entire independence, purpose and credibility of a corrupt mob-like state court system that rubber stamps anything that the state demands.

The fact the judge woupdnt let an investigator testify over zoom due to illness was mind blowing.

"You protected him into psychosis" - Judge Elaine B. Brown - Indiana Court of Appeals 💙

This case is absolutely abhorrent.  The State of Indiana induced psychosis in defendant Richard Allen through prolonged pre-trial isolation in a prison facility and involuntary psychiatric medication.  They then hanged their hat on his convoluted “confession,” made while he was floridly psychotic, despite that he later recanted it.  So they embraced his confession but  then ignored his recantation?!  

For your own safety, my advice would be to steer clear of Delphi, Indiana.  They might decide to charge you with one of their unsolved murders based on no real evidence.

What I’ve learned here … Theresa is a fantastic herder of cats!! Asked great clarification questions for all of us laypeople. 👏
