Looks to be a great little Ruby. Some of the wheel trims are from a mark 2 Ruby. And I believe the cylinder head is too. The Mark 1s had 18mm plugs, and yours appeared to be 14 mm (the "normal" size). My Mk 1 Ruby has similar compression to yours. I hope the new owner gets much joy from driving it.
