Hi All,
Welcome back to my channel.
Today is saturday the 3rd of October so its parkrun day, and this is a special one for me, as this is my 50th different parkrun location, and I am at cockington court, which is in Torquay Devon.
This is only the 2nd time that this parkrun has been ran, and boy is it a tough one.
Today is my 552nd parkrun, and my 38th parkrun for 2026, and as already mentioned this is my 50th different location.
Todays course is Two laps, out and back, starting outside Cockington Court, the first section is a tarmac driveway to the Game Keepers Cottage. Turning right into Manscombe Woods along a gravel path and gently climbing to the entrance to Scadson Woods for the U-turn. Follow the same course back to Cockington Court and repeat. After two laps, the finish line is outside Cockington Court, in the same area as the start.
-The weather was good today, as there was no wind and it was dry and warm, if the course had have been wet, it would have been much harder with the steep sections.
