Mr. Yoo Ho-gyun was sentenced to eight months in prison for repeated dine-and-dash offenses. He thought he would be able to leave in eight months. However, it was eleven years later that he finally stepped out of the National Forensic Hospital. Punishments have a set end. If so, who determines the end of therapeutic confinement, and by what criteria? We traced the entire process, from the entrance of therapeutic confinement to treatment inside the hospital, the discharge review, and the reintegration into society.

저런 사람들이 길거리를 돌아다니면서 범죄를 저지르고 사회 혼란을 야기함으로써 발생하는 사회적 비용이나 문제들이 더 크므로 세금으로 처리하는게 맞다고 봄.
저런 질병을 가진 사람들이 나 정신병걸렸으니 치료해달라고 할리도 없고, 부모 선에서 케어가 가능했으면 범죄도 안저질렀을거임
간호사들이랑 교도관들 있겠지만 의사 한명이 환자 90명 담당은 진짜 심하네
혼수 상태로 누워 있는 중환자도 아니고 안인득 정도의 사람들 90명은 감당하기 힘들 거 같은데
사실상 약에 취해 정신병을 잊혀지게 만드는거지 근본적으로 낫게 만들지는 못하는거같아요
결국 나와서도 약을 끊으면 안된다는 점
그런데 본인이 의지로 약을 먹지 않는 경우가 많다는 점
이게 무서워요
일본이 우리보다 잘하는 점이 있으면 참고해서 문제를 해결해야 한다고 봅니다
