This riding video was taken the day before the round up video I uploaded first. With more time on the bike I came to enjoy the stock bike and definitely felt it was a better all rounder for most people. But folk just need to go down the dealer and sit on them both before making their mind up
60 now with a 250 rally that I love . Had 2 XL185 back in the day as farm bikes ........wonderful things . Once I had to pick it up , halfway up a slope off road on the heath , to manhandle it over a barbed wire fence ...try that with a GS...π
What big brands don't really understand is that normal people don't exactly want height. They want to go off road but don't want to get sciatica doing it. And they don't want to crash something expensive. Of course you'll always have those hipsters who buy the most expensive trinket going. I'd rather have this.
Hi Nathan, Nice video, when I saw these bikes down in knowle garage (I'm the bloke on the Harley that lives in WD, nice to meet you btw) it didn't occur to me that they were budget machines. They looked good, it's great to know they offer some serious value.
Everything you said while riding the honda is exactly how I feel on my 400xc, it's just easy and relatively basic fun riding and with regards to the hero it sounds like someone can have the same feelings and laughs at half the price πβ€οΈπ¬π§
It's hard to imagine someone with a sheep across the seat trying to kickstart the bike. It must have bEen the three person family that pushed for the magic button.
