Outside of practice and weekend practices, you guys are ALL i watch for wrestling. The switch from going to practice a couple times a week to everyday plus weekends PLUS watching your videos in my free time has skyrocketed my wrestling ability. I wanna say thanks for posting high quality guides even when they don't get many views.

push, pull, circle, and fakes. it's the fundamentals that win matches

Yes science!

this was the video i was searching for weeks, thanks for making this.

Amazing! 🔥

So after you do some of these things do you just assume what they will do and go in? Because I feel like if you take a second to observe them the opportunity will be gone

7:08 wouldnt they just sprawl on you unless you're quick enough?

I hope you see my comment bro,i tore both my shoulders few years ago, when i get sprawled on my arms is elevated and shoulders dislocate. I thought about shooting for leg most in clinches and tie ups as was as use more greco wrestling instead. I'm sure there's lots more guys with the same problem and would appreciate a strategy for this. I'm hesitate to shoot but comfortable in tie ups and clinches ect

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

My issue is that when were both circling and i go to shoot  its not fast enough to get the leg in time, How do i fix this issue? when I pull them they step but i dont end up penetrating in time

How do you shoot if they have thumb blocks in? Just keep stripping their grips till they don’t have them then shoot? Or when you shoot can you just power through their thumb blocks?

Woohoo about to dog at my tourny

you said to do the opposite of what you want, because you want to provoke a reaction from your opponent, right?
but most of the time they won't be stupid and just do the opposite action of you, so what would u do if you push your opponent and he just lets you push him while maintaining a good posture without him pushing back? or if he doesn't stand up and just use enough force to maintain his positiong when you try to snap or drag him down?

My Aikido sensei says this won’t work. He’d just grab a wrist lock on you and throw you through the air.
