Joe you must invite Novak,,,BTW love this episode Matthew is totally awesome Mann

You know what is impressive, Serbia is such a small country and yet we have the best tennis player of all time, and currently probably the best basketball player in the world.

Novak is among the Top 5 best athletes ever! We can even make the case for the number 1, the best ever since tennis is a solo sport, without teammates or a coach in the match, you are on your own. They run so much, change directions, slide, they have to have perfect precision in movement and shots, they sometimes play for 5 hours and then play again the next day, and of you win, the next day. It's not like other sports, you can't be subbed, no teammates to bail you out if you are having an off game. Tournaments are almost every week, you travel all the time and you are almost never home. If you are winning, you are playing 6,7 matches a week. If you ever played tennis, you know how hard it is to hit the ball with power and precision and have the movement to be on the ball in the perfect moment. Novak Djokovic is truly one of the GOATs, with Ali, Jordan, Messi, Ronaldo, Pele, Maradona, GSP, Anderson Silva, Usein Bolt and couple others.

Joe is speaking about his one minute cold plunge like it's some great challenge.
The real general is the nurse doing to a 12 hours shift every day. The truck drivers going on a long haul day in or day out.
Joe is out here with a personal assistant covering his every need like he can even comprehend what real struggle is.

The 3rd person perspective analogy is a good way to look at things.

Nole🏆🥇🎾❤️

Novak breee 👌🫶🇷🇸

Joe,invite Novak

Nole is the best role model in the world beside yore parents. Because he is as good human as he is tennis player wich is the best.

is Mathew really Mathew or is he playing Mathew

It’s not that he has control of the thoughts… he is aware of them, he recognises them for what they are…not by swatting them down, but by allowing them….you gain control by not needing to control…

This is a  video that you have to watch it three-four times in a row and to take notes...with a pen and paper in front of you.I like this...a lot .
