'FBI Files Specials', S4 E1 (Part 1): What started as a routine passenger flight quickly became one of the most extraordinary hijackings the FBI had ever faced. Armed with a loaded pistol and a live grenade, a mysterious passenger seized control of a United Airlines 727 and issued an astonishing list of demands: $500,000 in cash, four parachutes and enough fuel to keep the plane in the air for hours. His next move would trigger a massive manhunt and draw chilling comparisons to the infamous D.B. Cooper case.

In 1980, a small portion of the ransom money ($6,000) was found along the banks of the Columbia River near Vancouver, Washington. The discovery of the money renewed public interest in the crime but yielded no additional information, and the remaining money was never recovered. For 45 years after the hijacking, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) maintained an active investigation and built an extensive case file, but did not reach any definitive conclusions about Cooper's identity. Although the FBI officially suspended active investigation of the case in 2016, journalists, professional investigators, and amateur sleuths continue to pursue numerous theories for Cooper's identity and ultimate fate.
Also - editing is confusing with your Part 2 story in a few places - sequence is out of sin in several places.
So is this the FIRST parachute jumper or the 2nd one as a copycat or NOT . . .
Is it all one story of a 2 part of first DB Cooper & then the copy cat jumper . . . or both parts on the copycat AFTER DB Cooper??
