I’m a Captain and my name is Ian. My son and I are both fans of the channel. We are both avid saltwater fishermen. I push jet fuel barges between Louisiana and the Florida panhandle. If I don’t make it through this whole video you’ll understand because it’s like being more at work while I’m at work watching. Love the content brother.

Hey Tug, we used corn meal. With miracle whip/ Ketchup and diced onions for the dip. Omgosh. The best!!

I've been watching your videos for awhile like the vacation videos. I came across this one. How awesome of you to share all the FULL information you did about how to do what you are doing. Usually people give half info not the where to get started, forms, license etc. You are a class act and your family is very lucky that you are who you are just truly an amazing human.

I just started watching your videos. Actually this is the second one I've seen. Entertaining the people isn't always easy. You and your wife are doing a great job. Hope you enjoy your time in my home state of Michigan.

Been frying fish and chicken for over 30 years without flour. If I remember right that's the way my mom did it.

I always use a little corn starch before the egg wash it seems to make them a little crispier in the end. I absolutely loved this video seeing the life on the Tugboat.

Ranch mixed with Siracha is a really good dip for fried fish!

February 2025, I’m happy for you that you could stop tug boating, but I will miss it. You always made it interesting.

Hi, back when I was working on tugs, we made a triple barge tow to Gitmo with everything that was needed for that McDonald’s. Glad it’s still there. The Tug Bayou Bull, Misener Marine Consruction.
