Love my mos. Loved Fort Bragg. But thus far my Top Two duty stations of my career has been Fort Live’n Room and Fort Deer Stand! I’m done, Baby! Retirement is where it’s at! lol Good luck and God Bless to all you guys and gals still serve’n. I’m sincere when I say that I am praying for safety and protection over all of you guys. Thank you all for your service. God Bless.

Ft. Stewart SUCKS! I was there for 18 months from 1996-1997. I re-enlisted to go back to Germany. I hated it there. I lived off base with a buddy from Germany. Not having to deal with the barracks, going to Savannah, and Tybee Island made it bearable there but other than it was awful.

Wharton barracks, Heilbronn, Germany….best duty! You are centrally located in Germany and can travel to different countries in less than 6 hours. ❤

Scholfield barrack Hawaii was my first and only duty station. I'm out and my wife joined the AF and her first duty station is Florida. Blessed to have amazing locations

Best assignment and job: ski patrol at Garmisch. My high school buddy joined the Army in 1973 and because of connections spend his time skiing.

That's insane not Fort Wainwright Alaska; thats a miserable, terrible place cold and to much snow. Very dangerous with wild animals; the extreme weather onliness.

I know it has been deactivated now and no longer exists, but Fort McClellan, Alabama was my favorite duty station. I would fight anyone to get assigned there.
