Penn mistakenly standing on tellers Air supply really adds Credence to him messing up the card trick later in the trick

He was actually on his regulator. That was as true a Penn laugh as there can be.

This is pretty easy actually, all teller had to do has a surgery to install Gills so he could breath underwater

"What's your name?"
"Don."
"Dan!"

When they did this trick on SNL, it was only 3'35" and they had to pull Teller out immediately afterwards because there was a problem with his air supply.

The funny thing is you can see Teller's chest breathing during the hold.

Simply a brilliant piece of theater.
