El problema será la gestión de egos dentro de un vestuario, porque si un entrenador no impone autoridad con sus "estrellitas" que cobran un pastizal ni logra que esas mismas "estrellitas" confíen en él, el resultado no será el mismo. Un ejemplo es Xabi Alonso. Un entrenador extraordinario por su idea de juego, pero que no supo manejar al Real Madrid, de ahí a que ahora se haya escogido a Mourinho aunque no sea lo que nos guste. Otro ejemplo es Flick en el Barcelona porque impone autoridad y no le tiembla el pulso cuando debe sentar a alguien intocable.
Cesc yo creo que necesita más "rodaje" antes de entrenar a un equipo grande.
