6:00 painting and motivation - George Sand famously wrote every night from midnight supposedly to dawn.  After throwing dinner parties or whatever else she made herself write on schedule.  Many other writers did something similar.  They eliminated the need for motivation itself by setting up a schedule for their writing.  I hope you consider something similar.   Your paintings/art work are fantastic.  Just a suggestion ...

I recommend body paint and temporary tattoos. Some of the newer temp tatts can last for weeks and that way you change the design. Btw, your sewing suggests carpal tunnel syndrome. Repetitive stress inflammation in all likelihood.

I grew up in an extended multigenerational fundamentalist Christian family. As soon as I could I left. They believe that 'they know the truth' because 'God told them' or 'the Bible says so' [it is not surprising to me that they mostly get what the Bible says wrong anyway) and God wants them to tell us unsaved sinners what to do.
