What do you guys think? Are you willing to "play dumb" to get what you want? 😆 😉💕

Thinking something is hard is always the first excuse, I lost 42 kilos.

She played dumb to her ex but worked hard and sacrificed which is what losing weight takes. She never gave up on herself either! Great reference

I’m 30lbs down thanks to your content 🎉

I love this idea!! I'm currently 17 and have been overweight my whole life, and always felt inferior due to it, but over the past 6ish months I've gone from 176lb to 133, and I found your content about a month ago and it is such a motivator, I watch you anytime I feel 'oh, weight loss is too hard', or 'i'll just have today off' - I really love your no bs approach but the fact you are so positive about weight loss at the same time. Thank you so much for all the work you put into making your videos, you've inspired so many people, including me! <3

Loved the positivity! I actually just watched “Legally Blonde” the other day…she’s AMAZING!

I literally graduated from law school myself with this mindset! It was my goal in life to be like Elle Woods! This approach helped me lose weight too! 💕💖💕

Someone asked me today why I didnt 'take a break' while being on vacation when I was getting my steps done and I literally said "I do it because I like it, it makes me feel good. I enjoy the structure."

And that's the truth. Once you figure out a sustainable healthier lifestyle, it's second nature! I don't do exercises I don't enjoy. I eat foods , ALL food groups in moderation, just smaller portions. Swimming and walking. That's it. That's why I love doing it and why I can keep doing it!

This is confirmation. My baby brother told me recently that “losing weight was the easiest thing to do..” and for some reason the framing of it not being a challenge truly helped me, and now this video just seals it! Thank you!

i need this mindset so bad. i’m gonna try to incorporate it. i want it, i got it. what, like it’s hard?

It's getting a little scary, the way you live in my head 😆 It's like you get up in the morning and decide what to talk about according to what I need to hear! Thank you, you are the best! Well, the second best - the first is Elle Woods 💖

Whitney your mindset is why you got to where you are. Your ability to ignore the noise and not give in to people who naysay has served you well.

You’re so right that consistency and patience is what you need to get where you’re going. Too many people immediately spiral or overthink, especially after the internet gives its opinion! And then they give up. Learning to manage those emotions and master yourself is an art form you have mastered. It really is though sometimes you apply to all areas of life. I think being a strategic person and someone who thinks outside the box is important.

Even when you have a bad day, you just start over tomorrow. Never give up on yourself. And look at you it’s been 20 years! Yet you still look absolutely amazing and your personality matches.

You guys… this woman knows exactly what she’s talking about!

👏 👏 👏 👏  im going to watch this 10 more times 😂

As a big fan of legally blonde and an even bigger fan of Whitney, you can bet i clicked on this so fast. Love all of your videos! Thank you!

“Oh, my God, the bend and snap works every time!” 😅🎉

I don't need backups I'm going to (Harvard) be skinny.

Love this video!! You're so right, sometimes you have to believe In yourself in a borderline delusional way but it does work! There are people less talented, less intelligent than you are doing exactly what you want to do in life just because they believe in themselves! Power of the mind for sure

Less than 10lbs till I'm below baby weight and no sign of stopping thanks to your videos!

It is you! I’ve watched a few of your videos and kept asking myself “I wonder if this is the girl I read about in my seventeen magazine as a kid?” So happy to see you achieved your dreams and are still doing good!❤🎉

I once thought that losing weight was hard, but it turns out that weight loss was easy.
Keeping it off is the hardest.
