This leg of my Europe trip took me to Salzburg, Austria 🇦🇹
I set out to fulfill one of the items on my bucket list for this trip: “Visit Salzburg, the setting for *The Sound of Music*.”

I took a day trip from Salzburg to the small Austrian town of Werfen. I set out for “Do-Re-Mi Hill,” the iconic filming location from the movie *The Sound of Music*—a long-held dream of mine—and walked the Sound of Music Trail, taking in the beautiful Alpine scenery along the way.
The breathtaking views, just like in that famous scene where Maria and the children sang “Do-Re-Mi,” and the majestic Alpine mountain ranges. I’d like to share these wonderful views with not only movie fans but also anyone who loves mountains and the great outdoors.

[A Trip Around Europe]
This time, I’m taking a trip through Europe to visit countries I’ve never been to before and retrace the route I took on a solo trip about 12 years ago.
I’ll be traveling through the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Italy, San Marino, and the Vatican, visiting the beautiful cityscapes and World Heritage sites in each destination.
